Just how precious is life?

In the last few weeks i have lost...a large number of people I care for. The last week of school a guy i used to have English with shot himself due to bullying. A week later the oldest man in my town had a stroke at a monthly banquet dinner, he has since pasted on. Just this last Monday there was a horrible accident where I lost a 16yr friend and a 20yr friend who had just become a father. I always thought  I would never experience stuff like this, sure i've gone through death but i've never lost actual people only pets.. I guess the full affect of how many people I've recently lost didn't hit me until tonight. I was driving home on the high

As some of you know I live in Maine. Well at 6pm I sat down to watch the local news to see that the Boston Marathon was going on. For those who don't know the Boston Marathon is a amazing race held in Massachusetts every year. I believe it's to celebrate their freedom or how strong the people are. But it's a very important event. Just as people were crossing the finishing line a bomb went off to the side of the finish line in a crowd of people. So my class is doing a project were we send Letters Of Support to soldiers who are currently serving in the Military. I know this is a world wide site so these letters are for United States soldiers.
